a) Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.

6.2 Termination by Gitservers: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violations of this Agreement, illegal activities, or any action that may harm our infrastructure or reputation.
7. Service Availability and Support
7.1 Service Availability: We strive to provide a reliable hosting service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our servers. We are not liable for any loss of data, damages, or downtime resulting from server outages, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
7.2 Customer Support: We provide technical support to our customers via email, support tickets, or other designated channels. We aim to respond to support requests promptly, but response times may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the support plan you have chosen.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
8.2 Jurisdiction: Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
